Are you claiming the right amount of Business Expenses? This is important so that you only pay HMRC what you actually owe them. Generally you can claim for anything you buy to run or to use in your business (you need to keep a record) and if you use anything you have bought privately and for business you can only claim for the business part (again you will need to keep a record of this).
